Sridhar has been in the business of Advertising, Direct Marketing & Brand Consulting for over 35 years now. He was part of the Ogilvy family for 25 years. His career in Ogilvy was punctuated with several initiatives – starting Ogilvy India’s 5th office in Bangalore, setting up Ogilvy & Mather Direct (now Ogilvy One), setting up 360 Degree Integrated Marketing Communication Processes, and setting up Ogilvy Consulting, a Brand Consulting and Innovation Practices unit. He was a Director of Ogilvy & Mather India and retired in 2000 to pursue a new a field of business.

He set up IDEAS-RS (www.ideasrs.com), a Professional Consulting Firm, that focuses on “helping individuals and organisations unleash creativity and build business” Sridhar was trained at Synectics, Boston, and is a skilled facilitator in conducting Creative Problem Solving Sessions. He has conducted more than 350 problem solving workshops for helping clients solve real life business problems. He has also completed a special course on "Innovation, Creativity and Change" from the Open University Business School, U.K.

He has designed and conducted a training workshop called Creative Block Busting© - that unlocks creativity and busts mental blocks. This workshop is aimed at Decision Makers and Managers across all functions. Participants have rated this programme highly for its content, emphasis on learning and application, and an enjoyable climate that encourages creativity.
