An excellent book from the author of customers.com and The Customer Revolution.
It will be a great help for any one who is seeking to collaborate with their leading edge customers to solve problems and drive innovation. The definition of who is a leading edge customer and their characteristics, as well as the case studies are very useful. Couple of the case studies are eye openers. I particularly liked the Koko Fitness and BBC Backstage cases. Even as we read the cases we find our minds getting crowded with ideas on what we can do in our business.
